1x Tennis Match Tracker is designed to help tennis fans track live matches, browse tournament brackets, and log personal predictions. This Privacy Policy explains how 1x Tennis Match Tracker developed by Hashlin ("we," "our," or "us") handles your information when you use the 1x Tennis Match Tracker mobile application ("the App") and its companion website at acepulse2123.com.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, the following information is collected automatically:
Anonymous Identifier. The App generates a unique anonymous identifier on first launch. This identifier is stored on your device and helps us understand usage patterns. It does not contain your name, email, or any personal details.
Device Language and Region. The App detects your device's language and region settings to display content appropriately.
Advertising and Attribution
The App collects your device's Google Advertising ID to understand how users discover and install the App. This identifier, along with your anonymous identifier, is shared with AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution service.
Through AppsFlyer, we also collect:
- The source that led you to install the App (for example, a specific ad or organic search)
- The marketing campaign associated with your installation, if applicable
- An installation identifier generated by AppsFlyer
- Install referrer data from the Google Play Store

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
Built-in Browser
The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above.
The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser functionality. Websites loaded in the built-in browser may set their own cookies and use local storage according to their own privacy practices.
You can clear cookies and local storage by clearing the App's data in your device settings.
Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
- Your name and email address
- A subject and description of your question or the issue you encountered
- An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
Local Data Storage
The App stores data locally on your device to provide its core features. This includes:
- Your match predictions and prediction history
- Your watchlist of saved matches, players, and tournaments
- App preferences and display settings
- Cached match data for faster loading
This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining the App's match tracking, prediction, and bracket features
- Understanding how users discover and install the App through attribution analysis
- Displaying content in your preferred language

Third-Party Services and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. The following third-party services receive data as part of the App's operation:

Data Retention
- Your anonymous identifier persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App
- Your Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services and can be reset at any time in your device settings
- The AppsFlyer installation identifier is tied to your app installation and managed by AppsFlyer
- Cookies and local storage in the built-in browser follow standard browser expiration rules and persist until cleared
- Locally stored data (predictions, watchlist, preferences) persists until you clear App data or uninstall
Data Security
We use appropriate technical measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP, which means data transmitted over those connections could potentially be intercepted. All other connections use HTTPS encryption.
Your Choices
You have several options to control your data:
- Reset Advertising ID: Go to Settings > Google > Ads on your device to reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising
- Clear App Data: Clear the App's data in your device settings to remove your anonymous identifier, cookies, local storage, and all locally stored content
- Uninstall: Removing the App deletes all locally stored data from your device
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
